Fern plant

While Ferns are popular houseplants, many people aren’t aware of the extensive health and beauty benefits that come with it. This plant acts as a humidifier, so it is ideal for those of you who suffer from dry skin or coughs during the cold weather as it helps to restore moisture in the air. Ferns are also great for purifying the air of formaldehyde which is a chemical that may be emitted from common household products. Remember if you’re planning on keeping ferns in your home to ensure that they are not exposed to direct sunlight and you spray their leaves with water regularly.
