TOP TIPS!
When it comes to choosing what flowers to place in your home
Colour is key!
Contrast is always good... look around the room and pick out the least amount of colour. For example if your cushions are hot pink and nothing else in the room is hot pink then thats the direction you should take when choosing your flowers.
Harmonise!
If there are many colours in the room you can simply harmonise with a nice big multicoloured vase of choice blooms
Ton sur ton!
If the room is all neutrals... beige, browns, creams, then the flower choice can be lemons, yellows and oranges.
Strongly scented blossoms should be placed in the hall so one can smell the flowers as soon as you enter the room or perhaps the bathroom, as scented flowers are so much nicer than aerosol air fresheners.
A collection of small perfume bottles on the coffee table with different coloured mini gerbras make a great centre piece and is so so simple to do! ( start collecting those bottles now !)
Tall slender flowers, aconitum, delphinium or gladioli are best suited in the corner of a room perhaps on a nice plant stand
